Only a few times a year Nicolas von Auersperg gives a small group of guests a half-day cooking class.
You may look over the shoulder of Mr. Auersperg, the star cook, and his team, whilst you are preparing Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese and Malaysian meals instructed by the professionals.
So much action makes hungry!
Afterwards you will enjoy your self-made meals at our restaurant taku together with the other participants. Our friendly service team will serve corresponding drinks.
You may also bedazzle your friends and family with the far eastern kitchen.
Every participant will receive his own taku-Apron for the professional look and his personal culinary book, where you can look after your latest recipes.
Because of the intensive care by our taku-team, the attendance is restricted to 10 persons.
