ENCORES – Spring Dinner Concert

A very special evening is awaiting you with Thomas T. Weber our wonderful pianist.

The encore after the play, is not always intended, but awaited. The play after the concert is often the most impressive and relaxing part because the pianist can express himself directly.

Therefore, Thomas T. Weber figured out the best way to mix his most favored plays in which he will show his brilliant piano skills. With his charming illustrations, which his compositions consists of, will he subsist you.

Such as the legendary LP-Composition by Vladimir Horowitz, Weber calls his Piano-Solo-Program ´ENCORES´. A variation of Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Liszt, Skrjabin, Sinding, his own transcription of Tarregas ´Recuerdos de La Alhambra´ and his own compositions he will take you in a wonderful fresh spring evening. Moreover, if you like there will be encore.

Following an aperitif, we will serve you a three-course spring menu with corresponding wines.

Our head chef Tobias Koch welcomes you to an exclusive coaching. Prepare a three-course menu in our authentically Hanse Stube kitchen. You will not only learn basics, but also tips and tricks which you can easily use at home.

The number of participants per coaching is limited to two person. Afterwards you can enjoy your menu in our traditional restaurant Hanse Stube.

The summer patio of our restaurant Hanse Stube, is known as oasis inside the busy city of Cologne. For the opening our Maître d'hôtel Andreas Wengel, the sommelier team and the family owned winery Knipser, invite you for the presentation of new summer wines.

Since many years, the winery Knipser, is strongly established on our wine menu and loved by guest for the great variation of fine wines. Enjoy three light courses, made by our head chef Tobias Koch, accompanied by wines for the wine yard Knipser.

We are hoping already for great weather, if this will not be the case, the event will be inside the restaurant Hanse Stube.
