Start the new year with pleasure and look forward to Joschua Tepner's green classics from January 1, 2021. In addition to his exquisite 3-course kale menu, you can expect many other delicious dishes from our Hanse Stube. As usual, we will be happy to bring the food to your doorstep, but self-collection on site at the Excelsior Hotel Ernst is also possible. 

We will gladly accept your order at least 48 hours before the desired delivery date. 

And this is how it works:

  • You can pay by credit card or bank transfer

By the way: If you like to plan your week in advance, you can store our main courses and soups in the refrigerator for one or two days without hesitation.

For decades people from Cologne, as well as international guests have been enjoying innovative French cuisine combined with regional influences.

Service traditions are especially maintained at the Hanse Stube. The team provides an excellent service quality and pampers their guests,by fulfilling their every wish. The maître d`Hôtel personally carves many courses at the guests’ table in an exclusive and comfortable Ambiance.

Culinary delectation demands corresponding beverages and therefore our team helps you to make the right choice, regarding the versatile options offered in the wine cellar of the Excelsior Hotel Ernst.

While designing the interior, Count Pilati accentuated the restaurant’s tasteful character with mahogany panelled and inviting niche tables. The two side rooms, Spiegelsalon and Fischsalon, offer privacy for small banquets. During summer, you can have lunch or dine at the Mediterranean Patio.

Gourmets appreciate our kitchen team for its accuracy and ingenuity. The team draws its inspiration from regional influences to combine it with traditional French Cuisine.

For your lunch break, the restaurant offers an exclusive business lunch concept. If you only have a short lunch break and you want your lunch to be both balanced and healthy, we serve your meal in three courses within 59 minutes.
